Tech Audit & Rebuild
Stuck with slow, buggy software? We audit what's wrong and fix it - or rebuild it right.
What we look at
We audit both technology and product reality.
Code & Architecture
Structure, patterns, dependencies, test coverage, complexity.
Performance & Stability
Frontend performance, backend response times, errors, monitoring.
UX & Workflow Fit
Does the product actually support the way people work? Where does it hurt?
Devops & Environments
Deployments, staging/production separation, logs, backups.
What you get
- A written report (plain language, not just jargon)
- A list of issues and risks, with levels (cosmetic, annoying, blocking)
- Options: targeted refactor, partial rebuild, or full rebuild
- Rough effort ranges for each path
Result: You decide with numbers, not guesses
You get a clear map of where you are, not just "the code is bad". We provide concrete options so you can make an informed decision.
When we recommend a rebuild
We're not here to sell rewrites for fun. We recommend a rebuild when:
- The current codebase actively blocks progress
- Refactoring would cost almost as much as starting from a solid core
- The architecture doesn't match what the product has become
- Your team is afraid to touch anything
In those cases, we may propose a rebuild on top of our core, reusing what is valuable (data, flows, design) while fixing underlying rot.
How a rebuild works with us
Product & Scope Alignment
Clarify what must stay, what can go, and what we improve in the process.
Mapping Old to New
Data models, user flows, integrations.
Rebuild on Our Core
Implement with our battle-tested foundations for auth, CRUD, dashboards, i18n, devops.
Migration & Cutover
Move data, train users, and switch from old system to new.
Why us for audit & rebuild
We maintain our own core
We know what a maintainable product looks like in reality.
We've seen products at different stages
New builds, internal tools, fintech platforms. We reuse patterns that work.
We speak both business and tech
We tell you not only "how bad the code is", but what it means for your roadmap.
